Planning is underway for the 2026 NBA Pinnacle Awards competition, sponsored by Pinnacle Bank and Nebraska Public Power District. Action dates will soon be upon us!
The recording week for the categories of Best Newscast, Best Sportscast and Best Weathercast (TV) is set for February 16 – 20, 2026. In the following week, the NBA will announce on which one of those five days that all entries in the aforementioned categories must have aired.
All other category entries must have first aired/appeared between April 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 unless otherwise specified.
A practice window will be open from April 1-7 on the Rock Our Awards entry platform to help new users get acquainted with the system. It’s easy to use!
Our live entry window will run from April 9-28. Official rules including categories, relevant dates and a tutorial on the “Rock Our Awards” entry portal will be released in the coming weeks.
We look forward to seeing which NBA members will be recognized among the best of the best in Nebraska broadcasting on Wednesday, August 12 during our Annual Convention in Lincoln.
