The Pinnacle Awards program was established in 1958 to recognize and encourage excellence in broadcasting and service to the community by Nebraska radio and television stations. The NBA thanks our Pinnacle Awards sponsors: Pinnacle Bank and Nebraska Public Power District.
2025 NBA Pinnacle Awards
The recording week for the categories of Best Newscast, Best Sportscast and Best Weathercast (TV) is set for February 17 – 21, 2025. In the following week, the NBA will announce on which one of those five days that all entries in the aforementioned categories must have aired.
All other Pinnacle Awards category entries must have first aired/appeared between April 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025 unless otherwise specified.
A practice window from April 1 -7, 2025 will be open on the Rock Our Awards entry platform to help new users get acquainted with the system. It’s easy to use!
Our live entry window will run from April 10 – 29, 2025. Official rules including categories, relevant dates and a tutorial on the “Rock Our Awards” entry portal will be released in the coming weeks.
We look forward to seeing which NBA members will be recognized among the best of the best in Nebraska broadcasting on Wednesday, August 13 during our Annual Convention in La Vista.
