Following nearly eight years of exemplary service to the NBA and our members, executive assistant Linda Meuret will sign off from the NBA later this year. Thanks to Linda’s tireless energy, creativity and business acumen, we have modernized a number of operational practices while providing new and enhanced member benefits. We thank Linda for her countless contributions and wish her well as she eases into a less-demanding lifestyle.
Upon reviewing what has changed since Linda joined us and examining current and future NBA needs, our executive committee approved modifying our executive assistant role into a new position called director of member services. We are very excited to welcome Jenna McKain to this role. Jenna is assuming all of Linda’s responsibilities (including Annual Convention planning) while taking on additional projects to support our work on our members’ behalf.
