Multimedia Producer and Project Coordinator – Nebraska Rural Radio, Lexington

Details:
The Rural Radio Network division of the Nebraska Rural Radio Association located in Lincoln, Nebraska is
hiring a Multimedia Producer to help create, manage, and deliver audio and video content across radio,
television, podcasting, digital, and social platforms.

This is a hands-on production role based in our state-of-the-art studios in Lincoln.

You will be involved in various aspects of project management, including recording, editing, publishing and
distributing, helping drive initiatives to completion.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys moving quickly, solving problems, and taking ownership of their
work in a real-world media environment.

Experience: What You Will Do:
Produce & Edit
Produce and edit video content, including 2-3 camera setups and basic live mixing.
Edit audio and video for podcasts, video segments, and digital features.
Deliver clean, professional, broadcast and digital-ready content on deadline.

Publish & Distribute:
Publish podcast audio to hosting platforms.
Upload and manage video content on YouTube and other digital channels.
Prepare titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and basic optimization.

Drive Projects Forward:
Take ownership of assigned projects from recording through publication.
Coordinate timelines, assets, and next steps with internal team members.
Identify issues early and help find solutions to keep work moving.

Support Social Media:
Help distribute content across social platforms.
Assist with short-form clips and scheduled posts.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

Requirements:
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and Audition.
Strong audio and video editing skills.
Familiarity with podcasting and digital media workflows.
Experience publishing content to social and video platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
