LBS has created a New Hire program to assist stations with broadcast and digital onboarding support. This is a free benefit for NBA members based on LBS availability in the program. LBS President Gary Moore says: “New hires are precious to your stations; I will oversee and be hands-on with the LBS New Hire program. For seven straight weeks, the new sellers will participate in a one-hour live webinar session and have a couple of hours of homework each week, including videos and quizzes from many of the best trainers in the business.
