KOLN/KGIN-TV is accepting applications for a full-time

 Administrative Assistant.

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and project support primarily to the General Manager and Office Manager. Additional daily assistance as needed in all areas including, but not limited to, Promotions, Sales, News, and Operations. The Administrative Assistant also has primary responsibility for front desk presence.

Candidates should have above-average office skills, (i.e. typing, data-entry, general office procedures), at a minimum basic accounting skills, attention to details and excellent organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and work independently with excellent time management.

The successful applicant’s background must include proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to learn new programs. Experience in A/P and A/R is valued for this position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality.

This is a 40 hour a week position. Applicants must be willing to reside within 30 minutes of the station. Full-time employment includes all currently offered company benefits at time of hire.
