LANGUAGE SKILLS 

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence,
professional journals, Arbitron ratings, and understand FCC regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.



MATHEMATICAL SKILLS 

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest,
commissions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of trade and understand
figures associated with the budgetary process.



REASONING ABILITY 

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid
conclusions quickly. Ability to conduct industry research and create proposals.
Ability to understand industry contracts and deal with sensitive issues.
Understands and is able to communicate FCC regulations and guidelines to
managers and employees. 



OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

General knowledge of all aspects of broadcasting. General understanding of FCC
license requirements. Familiarity with digital transmission equipment. Ability
to use a personal computer, scanner, photo copier, audio control board and
remote broadcast equipment. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work
long hours.
